At Rhett + Lilly, we strive to provide you with products and services that exceed your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

**To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.**

Non-Returnable Items:

Inventory clean out items are not eligible for returns along with any other clearance or sale items. In the description box of these items it will state "FINAL SALE". 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you back to your original payment method. If you choose to receive store credit instead, we will waive the return shipping cost of $5.00.
